Digital delivery only

With Love in Song sells personalised digital songs. We do not normally ship physical products, and no physical parcel will be sent.

Any reference to “shipping” or “delivery” means electronic delivery of your completed song.

Delivery method

Your completed song will normally be delivered by:

• Email attachment;

• Secure download link; or

• Another electronic method agreed with you.

Please provide a valid email address and check your junk or spam folder.

Production time

Our standard target is to deliver your personalised song within 48 hours after:

1. Payment has been completed; and

2. We have received your completed song questionnaire and all required information.
    

The product page or order confirmation will take priority if it specifies a different timescale.

Possible delays

Delivery may take longer if:

• Your questionnaire is incomplete.

• We require clarification or additional information.

• You request substantial changes.

• There is an unusual level of demand.

• Technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control arise.

We will contact you if a significant delay is expected.

Delivery charges

Electronic delivery is free unless a different charge is clearly stated before purchase.

Non-receipt

If you have not received your song within the promised period:

1. Check your junk or spam folder.

2. Confirm that the email address supplied was correct.
